It relies on the device with an issue still being able to connect to the internet, so if the issue is “I cannot connect to the internet”, please call me. Remote support allows me to resolve many IT issues without the need for a face-2-face visit. This service uses a product call Anydesk® which can be installed on Windows® and Mac OS®.
